mushroom pasta (under 20 minutes)

I’m really in love with pasta and could eat it like every day. It’s not as healthy as rice but nevermind. After work I don’t always want to spend my time in the kitchen, especially if it’s 9 pm and I’m hungry. I should make myself a bread, not pasta at this time but who cares ? I’m an adult, so I can do whatever I like 😀


  • 250 gr. Pasta
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 1 red Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Rosmary
  • Water / stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy cuisine
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt, pepper, chili, oregano
  • deep frozen herbage


First you heat up water for your pasta. Shouldn’t be a problem, huh?  After this you cut the mushrooms in slices, also the pepper. You dice the onions and put them in a pan with the rosemary. Roast it and put the mushrooms and the pepper to it. Sprinkle the flour across the pan and heat it up for a few seconds . Put the water in it and mix it all togheter. Let it cook for a few minutes, put the other ingredients to it and mix it all together. At the end you fold the pasta in the sauce. Enjoy your meal! ♥
