chocolate citrus cheesecake

If you need a easy recipe for a cheesecake that convinced your family and friends, you’re welcome! The recipe is so easy but it overruns it’s time the first few experiments. Wasn’t that funny but the result was totally worth the mess and stress.


  • 70 gr. brown sugar 
  • 130 gr margarine
  • 230 gr. flour 
  • fresh vanilla
  • 50 gr. cocoa 
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 baking soda 
  • 3-5 EL Oatmilk
  • for the creme
  •  2 package of qurd or yoghurt (if you use yoghurt put 10 gr. cornstarch more in the creme)
  • the rub of a lemon / 2 el of the juice 
  • 30 – 50 gr. brown sugar 
  • 60-80 gr. cornstarch
  • alternative you can cut some tangerine in it 


(springform 18cm)


First you make the dough. You quirl the sugar with the margarine and sieve the flour into it. Now you can put the other ingredients in it and knead the dough til its smooth. Form a bowl and pack it in plactic wrap. Place it in the fridge. Now you can mix all ingredients for the creme togheter and place it also in the fridge for a while. Place baking paper on the ground of the springform. oiling the frame and dusting it with a little bit flour. You remove 1/3 of the dough and put it beside. Coast the dough in the springform and form a frame. The frame should be 0,5 – 1 cm high and not to thin. Fill the springform with the cream and crumble the rest of the dough all over it! You also can place some tangerine as a topping. Bake the cake for 20 – 30 Minutes / 180°C.
