I love fast food. Not that super unhealthy fast food like mc donalds but homemade fast food. Okay, sometimes burgers are fine, also fries but after work I’m super lazy and I want fresh food that doens’t need a lot of time. So I tried vegan Mac’n’Cheese and they work out really well. Here’s the recipe for it.
- vegan soja cuisine / yoghurt / sour cream or something like that
- 3 hands full of spinach or frozen spinach (whatever you want)
- 2 little tomatoes / or dry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves or maybe 3, or 4 ? Whatever works for you. I’m more likly a 4 garlic cloves type.
- salt and pepper
- chili and paprika spice
Just put the creme or whatever you use in the pot. Heat it up. Put the spinach and the other ingredients in the pot and heat it up. After a few minutes put 1/4 Cup water to it. At the end you mix the macaronis with the sauce. Thats it ! 😀 not that healthy but also not that unhealty.
