Burgerbuns

I really want to share my favorite recipe for burgerbuns. I’m a big fan of selfmade burger so I tried a lot of recipes for burgerbuns. They don’t work work out really good for me, so I try to make my one recipe. Here it is. You definitely should try it, because its super tasty and your friends/family will love it!

Recipe:

100 ml/3.38 floz warm water also 100 ml / 3.38 flozwarm Oatmilk/Sojamilk

60 gr. / 2.11 oz brown sugar

1 cube of yeast ( use fresh yeast not dry yeast )

80 gr. / 2.82 oz margarine

10 gr./ 0.35 oz  salt

500 gr./ 17.6 oz flour (550er is the best for it!)

Preparation:

First you warm up the Milk and the water. It shouldn’t be hot, just warm. Crumble the yeast in it and mix it all together with the sugar. Allow it to stand for a few minutes. In this time, you oiling a Bowl so the dough don’t stick on the walls. After this you put all ingredient together and knete for a while. The dough shouldn’t be sticky just smooth. Put the dough in the bowl and put it on a warm place. Cover the bowl with a dish towl. Wait 30 minutes. After this, you form your burgerbuns. Cut a piece of the dough out and roll it in your hand. Place it on the baking tray and flatten the dough. Again, you put it on a warm place for 30 minutes. Heat up the oven. apply some warm oatmilk over the dough and sprinkle it with sesame. Bake it fpr 15 – 20 Minutes 180°C/356°F top – and bottom heat.
